Participating industry groupCarbon Neutral LNG Buyers Alliance
Together with multiple corporations including Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., we have established “Carbon Neutral LNG Buyers Alliance” in March 2021.
Carbon neutral city gas utilizes a type of liquid natural gas that offsets GHG generated in the process, from extraction to the burning of natural gas, with a carbon credit (carbon offsetting), and is deemed to be carbon neutral on a global scale even when burned.
The target CO2 credit is the CO2 reduction effect shown in environmental conservation projects in every part of the world that are certified by highly reliable inspection agencies.
